I just want to have a strong healthy body, I'm not focusing on weight loss necessarily but looking to the Nike Women as the epitome of those who love their bodies- muscles and all and approach each day with a healthy lifestyle without starving or binge-ing

Here is where I post my rambles and motivation. Hope Solo is my biggest inspiration.

This is an exercise to help get the infamous thigh gap.

no it’s not. the only thing that gets the “thigh gap” is losing fat.

and wide set hips. still a good exercise though.

The only thing that can garantee you a thigh gap is the right bone structure.

and those of us with any leg muscle (heaven forbid) are pretty much screwed

Yeah, but in my opinion, muscular legs are 1837560x more attractive than skinny legs and a thigh gap

^^

The comments! oh lord i love the fitness part of tumblr! <3

I like how they said “infamous.”
When you tell yourself you need to stop, think about what you’re saying. You really don’t need to stop, you are physically able to go as far as you want. But that’s the key word; want. If you tell yourself you need to stop, you’re too tired, you need water, or whatever other excuse you can think of, you aren’t wanting it, and your body won’t keep going. If in those moments when you want to stop, instead of thinking “I can’t” think “I can and I want to.” If you can train your body not to listen as much to your mind, you can do almost anything.
